Pros

I started with the company in 2017 and I loved everything about working there but when the company changed hands it became less family oriented and more like a sweatshop

Cons

I was let go after 9 years and was making less than $20 a hour I was literally assisting and training new employees who were making more than man , the micro managing , a tad bit of rascism and nepotism I can go on and on I watched that place completely go down hill

Pros

WFH Eligible Some Superiors are actually very nice

Cons

Even if you’re in office they treat you like you’re WFH. Only time away is breaks & lunch so always request the full hour. Very number driven opposed to person to person and team driven. the other reps are always there for support before your management team.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found value in our remote work flexibility and had positive experiences with some of our leadership team. We take your comments regarding our culture and management support seriously. While we are a performance-driven organization, we never want our team members to feel like 'just a number.' We are continuously working to ensure our newer team members feel mentored and supported, not just evaluated by metrics. Your insights on the balance between productivity and person-to-person connection are incredibly helpful as we strive to improve the employee experience.
