Unfair break/bathroom times. (pregnant 8mos ran out of bathroom break time (2 ten minute breaks for an entire 8 hour day) went to bathroom for few minutes got written up and penalized until I could have my OB fax (right then and there) a letter allowing extended bathroom breaks. The call volume was terribly high. The schedule was a little rough. I hated working until 11 pm and the pay was not enough for the amount of stress each call gives you.
