Pay does not match the work and high call volume, no structure. You can tell the departments to communicate at all with each other.

Pays well, lots of growth within the company. Incentive is great. Offer nice flexible hours with overtime.

Cons

Management and employees can be a bit better at their job when assisting other employees. I just wish a lot of people took their job seriously and actually are working to help the customer.
