Pros

Location and health benefits are decent but could be better.

Cons

No provided coffee/tea, short breaks, VERY strict schedules, no flex time, pay could be better, old management has NO Accountability.

Pros

As an intern from 2003 - 2008 I was paid $10 an hour to basically do not much of anything. In 2016 I returned as a full time employee. What a mistake. On the bright side...I learned a lot about loyalty in business and ethics or better yet, lack thereof.

Cons

I was provided little to no training as how to “do the job right”. Secrets to success were kept close to the vest at every level. After 3 months and with my first child on the way, I was offered to stay with the company at half my salary and at a lower position. I’m ashamed and appalled on their behalf as an individual who gave almost 6 years as an loyal intern...turned associate. At the end of my last meeting with my boss I requested to be fired, which I was quickly denied. I wish I had more of my teenage years back rather than waste my time for a company that screwed me over 10+ years later.
