      Great training program

      Pros

      I appreciate this job being so straight forward with training, I do wish they had a higher pay rate as I collect 10x my week pay in a week. It’s a fun environment and management seems to enjoy helping you as needed. The company will back you on your decisions with accounts.

      Cons

      Pay. I am hoping they notice top performers and increase their hourly rate, because the incentive each month sadly is not that much.

      The take your kid to work day activities are really amazing

      Cons

      A lot of talk about core values that are not ever enforced. There is a lot of disrespect and misogyny going un-checked throughout the company. Several HR claims are barely followed up on with zero consequences for those who are causing issues. The top level of executives seem to only be concerned with their own success and hiring their friends. There is zero help in terms of hiring valid candidates to offset resource constraint and if upper management doesn't like an answer provided to them, it is just ignored. It is, however, a fantastic place to work if you are looking to fail-upward.
