      Pros

      I feel like the people directly around you really care. Benefits are decent, though the health insurance is difficult to deal with. Raises and bonuses are fairly described and based on performance. The work is fine. PTO is decent and increases with tenure. They care about DEI.

      Cons

      Health insurance is a smaller company that uses the Aetna network, so medical providers often say I'm not covered and then I have to have them try again. The insurance company is impossible to get accurate information from when you call. I often feel like the leaders at the very top of the company are not aware of the work done by lower level employees. Once you reach a certain level, there are fewer opportunities for advancement.
