Too many responsibilities for title currently

A lot of talk about core values that are not ever enforced. There is a lot of disrespect and misogyny going un-checked throughout the company. Several HR claims are barely followed up on with zero consequences for those who are causing issues. The top level of executives seem to only be concerned with their own success and hiring their friends. There is zero help in terms of hiring valid candidates to offset resource constraint and if upper management doesn't like an answer provided to them, it is just ignored. It is, however, a fantastic place to work if you are looking to fail-upward.
