Pros

OT if needed, night differential pay, safe parking lot. there are awards plastered on the walls reading as 'one of the best places to work in 2017 + 2018' ... what happened?

Cons

long on boarding process, obnoxious co-workers, poor training, outdated office, overpriced cafeteria, micro management, unhelpful supervisors, mandated weekend work, guidelines set forth by company aim to be as robotic as possible, expensive health care, people skills don't matter when trying to collect monthly bonus, targeting certain workers. little down time between calls, unpaid lunch, feels like you are being watched 24/7!
