Pros

Coworkers are friendly and very welcoming. Benefits are surprisingly good. Pay seems to be good by industry standards. The company seems to care about their employees, often bringing in food and having office parties for events. They offer paid holidays, personal days, sick leave, and paid vacations. Plus, night time differential pay is 10% on top of your normal wage for any hours you work after 6pm.

Cons

Disorganized in distribution of information on regulations and policies. The work load can get a bit challenging and repetitive. Vacation, sick time, and personal days are determined by hours banked from working - I personally don't like this method.
