Business Outlook
Pros
High pay for minimum work, great benefits if you stay over a year, very understanding of outside affairs interfering with work, great environment, awesome employees, supervisors don't micro manage.
Cons
I will say it is difficult dealing with the customer service end of the company when you are not in that department. Although other departments due their best it is more frustrating than not and this doesn't take away from the overall company at all.
