The company has a great culture, fair PTO, and good people.

Cons

Management at the very top is great. Some of the management below them is inconsistent. They either don't know what's happening OR they're difficult to work with. Not everyone in that level is like that; there are some that are great too. It just seems like a lot of people have advanced that maybe are no longer right for the position they're in.

I've been here for over 20 years and have seen change but our owner really cares. We have many activities that include the employees. Associate appreciation day is way that every employee can get a chance to meet our executives.

Cons

There is really no downside here.
