      Great Environment

      Pros

      Cardworks is by far the best employer I have ever had. The environment is relaxed and there is a great workplace culture. There is a lot of room to move up in position and the rate of pay is excellent. From my very first day the entire staff has been extremely friendly and welcoming and the training I have received for my position has been very thorough and helpful. Over all this company is just a great place to be employed.

      Cons

      The only downside to working at Cardworks is that there are very few offices making it so that some have to commute over 30 miles.

      Client relations team is great

      Cons

      Management has zero management experience in terms of managing a team, which leads to unhappy team members and low morale. Operations has zero prior operations experience as well as, zero management experience and treats good people poorly.
