Pros

The money can be good, plus time for working nights. Some decent co-workers and great views of the City. Positive initial training.

Cons

Apply for one position, get placed where they need you. Good initial training evaporates in Nesting. Some "Team Leaders" run hot and cold. Warm and friendly to some, cold and dismissive to others. Just another call center.

Pros

The hours are flexible, and the working environment is great. The team leaders are very helpful and they are very understanding.

Cons

The cardholders are very rude and difficult. It will take time for people to get used to getting cursed out whilst your trying to help the client.
