Welcoming environment! WFH is very flexible and managers are great. You are always valued and they value your insights. You can add suggestions on how to better the product and they listen!

Exciting Company with Great People

Pros

- A relatively small mobile group gives you lots of autonomy to own features and projects - Great people who all want to make the best products they can - Little to no offices politics, the focus is on the tech and the customers - Wide variety in the projects you can work on - Great ambition to be a leader in the mobile space

Cons

- Most work is currently client-driven, so many projects are handed specs from external companies. That might not be your cup of tea. - Small team size is good for me, but there's not a ton of organizational structure.

Great people and an improving process

Pros

* Excellent engineers who support each other and care about the quality of their work. * The management has the patience and enthusiasm to allow engineers to improve legacy code and systems * Managers are great. Not overbearing or breathing down people's necks. There is a great deal of trust between managers and developers. Flexible hours.

Cons

* The company made a few bad hires which set them back. The good news is that they have done a good job recovering, and are much more selective on finding people with the right personality. * Occasionally there are difficulties in communicating with coworkers, as so many are working remotely * Sometimes there are mixed messages regarding company goals and direction.
