Pros

If management likes you they will work with you. They will go around your schedule to give you hours. The pay is decent compared to other companies.

Cons

Favoritism amongst management. If you get on someone's bad side you are on everyone's bad side. Management will somewhat black ball you.

Pros

The students were absolutely incredible to work with, despite the challenges the more behavioral ones presented. The majority of the direct care staff were wonderful. It felt like a large, somewhat dysfunctional, family.

Cons

The housing units were often understaffed and there seemed to be a great disconnect between the upper management and the residential department.
