      Pros

      Many resources available for reference. There was a SOP for most situations. There were some of the most genuinely helpful people I have ever worked with there.

      Cons

      There were inefficient processes but if you called them out, you would be punished. Watching your own back is also necessary with certain individuals.

      Paycheck comes on time .

      Cons

      They only promote the people they like. They have a merit system but it’s useless. You can make great scores all year and get no actual raise. Some managers say the cost of living increase you sometimes get is a raise. On the other hand if you do mediocre but great at sucking up you will get promoted.
