      Once moving up the ladder in communication, I didn’t feel taken as seriously. Had to go through HR to get my stay bonus.

      - Professionality and personability of my higher ups including VPs - Company Groups to assist in supporting employees (BRGs) - Portfolio individual recognition from peers and PMs - Healthcare had decent packages - Peer assistance is always available

      Cons

      - Transition-related: Our transition time was extremely inconvenient for the full onsite team. I felt blinded and uninformed by my responsibilities. - Healthcare highest package is expensive
