A great place to learn

I've been with this organization for the last 7 years. The people and culture have made every day an enjoyable day, even the really tough ones. However, the best part of CGC for me has been the opportunity to learn and grow. I always feel heard. I try to contribute a lot of ideas, I've put in a lot of hard work, and I feel rewarded and full. They've been an agile company over the years, it's been a great group to be a part of, and a great ride.

Cons

Not all here is figured out. They're an innovative company that strives for excellence. With that, there are a lot of things in motion. A lot of things in pilot. A lot of things in implementation. If you don't like a fast past that requires adaptability, it might not be for you.

Culture is second to none - leaders are approachable and truly practice what they preach in regard to the 10 CVs that guide decisions at the company. All are approachable and helpful and care about you outside of what you do at work. Wonderful and challenging opportunities to learn as our company continues to grow and expand into new operating verticals.

Being able to bring all of who you are to work each day means the people who rely on you need to be taken care of as well.
