      Culture is second to none - leaders are approachable and truly practice what they preach in regard to the 10 CVs that guide decisions at the company. All are approachable and helpful and care about you outside of what you do at work. Wonderful and challenging opportunities to learn as our company continues to grow and expand into new operating verticals.

      It's always strange to write out that your team lead cares about you on and off the clock, but you are 100% correct that here it matters. Being able to bring all of who you are to work each day means the people who rely on you need to be taken care of as well. If your team lead knows that and empowers it, you've got yourself one heck of a good working life. Thanks for the review!

      Pros

      The culture at Cardinal is always focused on its team members and making sure they are taken care of. When people feel valued, they will produce their best work.

      Cons

      Working remotely can be challenging as you don't have the same facetime as being in an office with your team. We power through this with consistent calls with each other and travel as a team to HQ.

However, leaders like yourself who make commitments to meeting the needs of your team members are what makes Cardinal great, and a huge reason why people choose to come over to Cardinal.       The training can be beneficial to anyone who’s joining the work force.

      I was belittled and and shoved down by every manager, or ‘higher up’ that I had a relationship with.
