      Pros

      I left Cardinal the first time, chasing money and titles. The grass is NOT greener. I love being with a company that doesn't just count me as a number, listens to my ideas, and implements them.

      Cons

      The world is changing, and Cardinal is changing with it. Every company is learning how to function in the world of remote work.

      Pros

      This company is one who actually follows through with how it presents itself. Everyone's voice is heard and appreciated. Diversity and inclusion are not just words they use but practices they actually follow through with. Appreciation is given and teamwork is not just a word. Being able to reach out to other team members and receiving help is a plus. The work culture here is something that I have been looking for a lone time! Super proud ot be a part of this team.

      There are some hiccups as we are growing - but this also is an amazing thing! Growing = room for advancement
