While I'm hoping we can earn some more insight in the remaining categories you mentioned in your review, I understand that life happens quickly and doesn't always afford the time to complete the workflow. Here's hoping that with the pay equity and correction work done in Q3 and Q4 of 2022 for the 2023 calendar year, your experience around total compensation improves.       Cardinal is a Great company. I really enjoyed my time with them and enjoy seeing the company continue to grow exponentially.

      I Hope I never work with another company

      Pros

      I have been with this company for 5 years and have absoltuely loved every min of it. They want the best for their employees and it shows! I have learned so much about what it means to be apart of TEAM, unlike my past experiences at other companies. I have enjoyed learning and growing now that I am in a different role officially this year and I am super excited about what more I will learn and love about working here.

      Nothing really most of my cons are due to direct ownership things which is nothing entwined with Cardinal
