      Pros

      Culture, hands down. Cardinal leaders, directors, managers, and all team members really truly care about the team and help you achieve the best possible YOU!

      Cons

      Really none. I previously worked at a company that allowed HQ team members the option to work four 9-hour days and have Fridays afternoons off. That was cool.

      I love where your head is at. So often in work, we fool ourselves into thinking that the cadence of yesterday is applicable to today. Between the pandemic and the every increasing efficiencies of work, who are we to say that a person who brings all they have for four days can't do what they need to do for others?       My direct report is kind and doing his best.

      Cons

      Started working here during a transition in which I was promised a high level of support. Not an ounce of support has been provided in FOUR weeks not even a running copy of a lease is available. The only individual who had a single idea what was happening and how to get EXTREMELY important things done left three weeks into my time here and I'm so glad she was able to leave a horribly malfunctioning company for something better. I'm so grateful that I found another job and only have 7 days left here.

      While I could go into detail around the circumstances around the difficulties you are facing on-site through the transition, it still stands that the experience you had as the person who in this equation didn't ask for the transition to happen in the first place is the one who is feeling most affected by it and therefore the most important person in the equation. I'm making sure that the stakeholders involved in the challenges you all are facing are aware of your feelings and can ensure you that your feelings are factored into the calculus about the future of the community.
