      Great Company Culture

      Pros

      Cardinal has great company culture and really does embody all of its Core Values. You have the opportunity to work with different personalities, perspectives, and just different people who will help you when needed.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides of the company can be the many changes and challenges but this can be cell focused.

      There were not many pros working for this company. They do not care about their people

      They do not care about their employees. They do not pay well. The wages they pay are not up to the standard salary median.

Our P&C team is hard at work providing pay bands by position in each State, city, and market to ensure that compensation falls in line with the needs of each of our over 2000 team members in each market across the country. The goal is to have the pay bands that reflect today's changing times in front of the clients to have budgets approved by the beginning of the year.
