      My team lead genuinely cares about my growth and well-being. Everyone at the company is down to earth and honest about the ongoings at the company. Plus the benefits are wonderful.

      Sometimes there is politics going on.

      Pros

      From top to bottom, Cardinal has amazing people who are always willing to help or share their knowledge with you and support your growth. Cardinal is also very open to giving opportunities that may not be the norm for example a maintenance technician wanting to transition into the office.

      Cons

      With Cardinal constantly growing and developing, I feel that certain implementations of new policies or programs could be rolled out with better.
