I agree, turn is by far the most challenging, yet rewarding time of year and we love seeing our teams come together to ensure all residents are provided with an exemplary move-in experience. Turn is an all-hands-on-deck industry expectation, however, our leaders should be sure to provide their teams with the overall expectation.
