Great feedback about adjusting to leadership styles. We definitely weren't immune to the challenges facing the industry these last two years. The up side of all that's happened though is the addition of new minds with new thoughts. That coupled with the ability to make those thoughts actionable has really helped us to stay current and more representative of the residents. In short, keep using your voice!

I absolutely love the team atmosphere. It is something i have looked for my entire career and finally found within Cardinal. I relate to our core values and find myself implementing them in my personal life too. Hands down the best place to work.

Cons

Some times our systems glitch up, but they usually get fixed fairly fast.
