Really enjoy working for this company

Pros

Every company has its flaws, and cardinal does too of course. But they do a great job of making sure you’re looked after no matter what happens. I have never worked for a company that looks after it’s employees this well. AOB is an amazing guy, not at all what you’d expect and that’s what makes him great.

Cons

In my experience the portfolio managers tend to make my job a bit harder. Mainly in reference to how they relay info from the top down and how we are often left out of the loop.

- Really flexible hours, I am a full-time student and they have been really generous with my schedule - I have made friends with a lot of my co-workers and managers - Clear communication

- During peak season, can be overwhelming with lots of responsibilities
