      Love hearing that you have a positive view of the company and can empathize about how business feels more these days like there's micromanagement. With over 1500 TMs starting since the beginning of the pandemic, it's been a challenge to bring everyone up to speed in such a way that's empowering vs direct. Your feedback helps us to see that those efforts can always use a little improvement along the way. Hoping we can earn a 5th star from you moving into 2022.

It's tough to cover training for the ever-changing landscape we're all encountering with new systems coming online, new products, and of course Covid; but you are 100% correct in that if we're going to continue to grow responsibly, we'll all need to be on the same page when it comes to how we do business.
