      - Constantly Innovating and using new technologies - A culture-first company - Focused on personal and professional development - Prioritizes team member retention - Values the best ideas

      Cons

      - (Sometimes) innovates faster than teams can keep up with - (Sometimes) struggles with cross-department collaboration. This has been improving, but sometimes our teams are so passionate about our own work that we forget to take a step back to see how input from teams/departments outside of our own may create a more valuable product.

      A Company that Cares About Your Growth

      Pros

      The people and company truly care about your growth in the company and personal growth. My bosses at Cardinal have pushed me to be better and are always ready to step up to bat for me. I feel very comfortable and secure at Cardinal which cannot often be said at other companies.

      Cons

      Work-Life balance will differ from position to position. We can always continue to improve team members (HQ and On-Site) work-life balance.
