      Pros

      I work from home with very little travel.

      Cons

      It can feel a bit lonely like your an independent contractor sometimes. You’re also responsible for all of your paperwork that gets you paid.

      They do have a good training program.

      Cons

      They do not pay attention to any of their subordinate's needs. If you are not a manager for them, they don't care about you.

      CGC is Good - Job not so much

      - Good work environment at the location I worked at - 401k Match

      Cons

      - The people who owned our building didn't do anything to help the process of getting more people to move in - CGC doesn't change its approach. They are still using the same tactics to try and incentivize people to move in
