5yYou are the smartest person in the room when it comes to how to keep the building maintained. Making sure you can lead your team is one of the hallmarks of our culture here. While yes, overtime and CapEx can be sensitive, it takes all of us working together to help our fiduciaries see what you see on-site each day. Well done in using your voice here to help others understand the intricacies of our business!
