Pros

I truly love Cardinal. I've met people who have left Cardinal and came back in less than a year. The culture is infectious and their concept of leadership is on-point. This is a company that truly cares for their employees and are constantly providing resources for growth and opportunities for those who are looking to grow.

Cons

My leasing career has only been with Cardinal and was fortunate to have amazing leaders who embraced and taught me the Cardinal Culture. My hope is that new leaders joining our Cardinal team can also embrace the culture and understand the importance of it. Cardinal Core Values need to be embraced from everyone on a daily basis and not just when it's most convenient.

Thanks for the props in your review. I'm thrilled to hear that you have enjoyed your time here and found it to be challenging and rewarding. Communication both of salary expectations and issues experienced is not the easiest part of the working experience. I'm hoping though through open and honest communication paired with an ability to use your voice to bring attention to matters that mean the most to you will help to continue the great work and relationships you've created in your time here. Know that you can always reach out to anyone here on our P&C team and even senior leadership. What you have to say is important, and we're always in need of fresh and honest information from folks like you who bring their best each day and create fun.

Leaving a tough review is an essential part of us gaining more knowledge of each team member's experience - good, bad, and ugly. While I could go into there most definitely not being sponsored vaccines for HQ TMs, but insurance-paid testing, vaccine and 2 weeks paid leave in our Covid response or your other points, I don't think it would be fair to the frustration you've put across here. Let's work together here to talk through your experience and think of some solutions that could be helpful both to you in your career journey as well to us. Shoot me an email directly at Nick.Morrison@Cardinalgroup.com so we can discuss.
