I have worked for Cardinal Group for almost four years and have loved every moment. This company TRULY values its team members. I am confident that when I pitch ideas or speak that I am heard. The team members within Cardinal are a dream, constantly supporting each other, checking in, and pushing everyone towards success.

Cons

Not necessarily a con; however, with this company being young, we are constantly finding ways to adapt and make changes that could be frustrating but will benefit the company in the long run.

401k Option, very good discounts on tons of online websites, vehicle specials, appliance specials, classes offered for learning and advancing positions. Very hard workers, very communicative with workers from all over the U.S.

Have had no cons so far, have been working from 2020 August - Present December 2020

This company really does care about the employees that work here with internal growth opportunities. Leadership summit is awesome every year and they bring in people to talk to leaders within the company on how to be the best that we can be. Company was founded on 10 core values and sticks to those things with everything they do

Cons

Sometimes there is a disconnect between HQ and On-Site Team members and expectations. Can be difficult to move up if you do not follow specifically by the ladder
