      Pros

      Cardinal is a company that TRULY stands by their mission and core values! I have been very impressed with how this company supports its employees (especially during COVID-19!) and tries to make property management FUN! The communication between HQ and team members is great - I never feel like I'm in the dark about what is happening with "upper management." Cardinal also places an emphasis on family time/personal time as a top priority for team members and encourages use of PTO and downtime! I've NEVER seen that with other corporations (I've also worked for ACH and Greystar). I really feel valued at this company!

      Benefits, Easy job, Decent hours

      Cons

      They don’t care about the people who put this company together. They don’t pay much at all. The office staff is in a whole different world then us taking care of the property. Maybe if they paid us more, and appreciated us instead of treating us as nothing, they could keep staff
