      I've been working at Cardinal Group Companies for almost 2 years, and it has been an amazing experience. The company culture is incredibly positive, and there's a real sense of teamwork and collaboration. Leadership is supportive and always open to new ideas (in fact, the best idea wins!), which makes me feel valued and heard.       I love your sentiment around adjusting to pace. If anything has been proven to be true it's that in the last 10 years, the industry has exploded in terms of services, offerings, and software. Definitely not a job for folks out there who like repetition. Keep doing what you are doing and doing it so well. Your teams and your residents will always see and feel the benefit of your work.
