I've been with Cardinal for 4 years and have had a great experience filled with a lot of opportunities for learning and growth. Overall there's a positive culture within the company, with strong and capable colleagues across departments. I'm extremely happy with this position and with Cardinal.

Managing the systems in multifamily went from the quick adding to Yardi or Entrata to weaving a person into what amounts to dozens of softwares that often don't play nice in the sandbox. You are a real hero at Cardinal! Thank you for what you do each day.

Great company culture and inclusivity. Team Leads care about your career growth and what is best for you. Cardinal puts people first. I started as a part time Leasing Intern throughout college, and I now work full time in my dream career with Cardinal. They have supported my career development and continue to support not only professional goals but personal goals as well. I have worked for large competitors in the past, and none compare to Cardinal. Glad I found my home!
