      Cardinal has given me one of the most supportive group of colleagues I have ever had the pleasure of working with. There is always someone to go to who has your best interest in mind

      Cons

      Growth can be a difficult thing to achieve without doing some serious networking. As with any company it takes more than just your merit, it also takes a few close relationships to achieve the growth you want.

      - Utilizes Centralized Services team to better assist communities. Not only do we use these services, but the team is open and receptive to feedback and continually looking to improve. - Continually asks for feedback to improve the company as a whole. - You get what you put in. Cardinal will pour into you when you ask for it.

      Pros

      Starting out as an on-site team member, and progressing towards a centralized role within a year has been Amazing. The amount of support we get as employees is unparalleled. I have been in the industry for over 6 years, roles ranging from temp leasing agent to operations and am Lucky to be part of an Original, Innovative Team, in the trenches of Greatness!
