      The culture fostered here is amazing. People seek to help and want succeed. This company lives for its residents and employees. They allow for growth of any type of professional whether a veteran to the industry or brand new! CX3 being a brand new innovation that seeks to lead the industry. This team has brought a breath of fresh of air to the work industry.

      Taking the time to learn to grow can be lengthy but opportunity awaits to those who seek it!

      Pros

      Meet great people, centralization has helped at all communities that are with CX3. The help that is needed from Corporate. The passion that Cardinal Group brings to make ever community efficient and striving for the best! Dedicated leaders across the board and much room for growth within the company or the outside world. I've enjoyed my 5 years and hope to make it to 10,20 plus!

      Communication with the teams on site really is the whole point of the work we're all doing from afar. I completely agree that it's the make or break issue as we keep moving into new areas and services!

      Pros

      I feel truly lucky to work for Cardinal Group! It's an incredible place to land if you're looking for a company made up of great people and a focus on creating and upholding a great culture. This isn't a stagnant company. There are ample opportunities to learn and advance your career, especially if you're proactive. Cardinal Group is surrounded by amazing leaders who are always willing to mentor and share their expertise. It's a fantastic environment to build a well-rounded skillset and propel yourself forward no matter what stage of your career you are in. Cardinal Group offers the best package, with fair compensation to match. They truly care about employee well-being and it shows. An example of a pretty great benefit that is rare is Family Planning & Fertility care and assistance.

      Cons

      A challenge we face is even though Cardinal Group has been around for nearly a decade and feels established, there's still a strong "startup" feel that can be frustrating. Everyone wears multiple hats and works incredibly hard (sometimes beyond their capacity). It can feel like we're constantly catching up to our own growth.
