      I love the sentiment around who is the smartest person in the room when it comes to maintenance. You truly know the community and the residents. Of course though, there's some humility in the ideas that in a people facing business, no one will ever know everything despite intentions. I'm hoping that you continue to use your voice and lend it to the practices that can create meaningful experiences for so many people who walk through our doors.

      Change and change management will always present new and sometimes scary challenges. We'll never be perfect, but the core values and holding ourselves accountable to them no matter our title or location are what's important.
