      Management doesn't seem to follow the playbook on their own website with the exception of do more with less.

      Pros

      For what it’s worth, if you are in the apartment leasing industry this isn’t the worst company to work for at all.

      Cons

      There’s pros and cons to every company. However, I just don’t think that the company actually listens to its onsite employees when it matters. If they think a pizza party is going to make their onsite employees feel valued, they are sadly mistaken.

      With the pivot to qualtrics to survey the org about what is and isn't working, we've both opened and shut the door to some communication methods that obviously impact your perception of two way communication. That's why sites like this and the time you allocate to them are helpful in adding additional color to how you are feeling about your time here. I'm hoping things like the upcoming TM appreciation week and it's events and surprises will be one piece that will help us earn five stars from you in the future.       Pros

      Believe and stand by their core values. Consistently believe in promoting internal applicants. Building leaders. Time investment and retention. Wonderful training programs. Pay and bonuses are in line with the industry and higher in some cases. Awesome parental leave program with understanding that family is first.

      Cons

      The only con is that my property changed management and I don’t get to work for Cardinal. However, they did and still are constantly keeping me in mind for future opportunities.
