      The pay is mediocre and the health insurance isn't great.

      3rd party management can be very tricky. So you are aware, each budget is pre-loaded with payroll that is consistent in the market. This of course doesn't always mean that it feels that way for the people like you who bring all you have to the role each day.       Pros

      Team positively encourages your growth. Lots of well-deserved promotions. You are challenged to do better than your last project and get out of your comfort zone. Managers are amazing and present, yet never micro-manage. Coworkers are smart and eager to help. An all-around great workplace.

      No complaints, it's a great place to work.

      The sentiment you express about everyone hopping in to help really speaks to what a culture should be. There's never just one person who is the expert, it takes a village for sure. Payroll however is one of those unique aspects of a business that is ever present, but rarely recognized. I'm hoping this response here shows that there's people here who feel the same about you as you clearly feel about them. Thank you for every bit of insight and action you put in your role each pay period. I can safely say thanks on behalf of over 2k people.
