      Pros

      I am extremely happy I took the jump! Working for Cardinal has allowed me to think outside of the box, focus on personal development and goals, and work towards my career plans.

      Cons

      Training has been almost nil. You are expected to learn the tasks, acronyms, and be completely immersed relatively quickly. I think more focus on training at the beginning of employment is ideal.

      Pros

      I have been trying to get my foot in the door at Cardinal for awhile now and now that I am in, I never want to leave! Everyone that I have had the pleasure of working with are super helpful and want to see you grow. I am grateful for my team lead and the support he gives and is always willing to give constructive criticism along with acknowledgment of the work being done. If you are looking for a company that cares and wants to see you grow, Cardinal is the place for you!

      Cons

      I don't have any cons really other than the pto hours accrued each pay period seem to be on the lower side.

      Pros

      This is a growing company and seems to have good morals and goals. There are opportunities to grow and learn, however it isn't always the easiest. Pay is typically in line with the market for some employees. The CEO is great and if all PM's instilled his philosophies, this company would be far greater.

      Cons

      We transitioned to this company from another a year ago. When we transitioned, they seemed to really care about us as employees and appreciate the work we do on a daily basis. Over time, as the company takes on more clients, that has changed. Personally, I don't feel cared for or appreciated any more. I feel as though they only show and care if your property is exceeding goals and expectations. My direct superior shows favoritism and treats communities differently and allows things for one community and doesn't for the next. We have moving to using AI and a program called CX3 and were assured that jobs wouldn't be lost but that has not been the case.
