I am glad to hear that you felt the supply of resources we have here at Cardinal, but none of those resources do you justice if you did not experience a structured use of them. I want to apologize for dropping the ball in that capacity.       Cardinal is a great company to work for! Not only do they care about their customers and customer service quality, but they care for their employees as well! I have never been told that I was appreciated anywhere else until I came to work for Cardinal.

      It's kind of funny that in a business where we say thank you a lot to residents and clients, we rarely do so to each other. Calling that out here is such a powerful way to show the "why" behind this company. At the end of the day, we're all people who want to do right by others and you're showing here through your review that you "get it"
