Thank you for your honest review! As an onsite leader, you and your CM know what the community needs are, and I hope you are able to embrace CV #2 in order to achieve your goals in that respect. While our MTLs do not have 100% full functionality within UKG to complete the admin side of hiring, you absolutely should be part of the decision-making team in regard to developing and building your team. Again, embrace CV #2 with your Team Lead, and should you come across any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to the ER/HR team.

Agreed that with the growth of an organization comes a need for further efficiency improvement. I am hoping that you are able to see and feel the vertical integration and tech growth that is happening in order to achieve this, but without team members like you who raise their voices, we would not be able to be better than yesterday.
