Incredible company and incredible people with the best company culture I've ever been a part of. I'm excited to come to work every day.

Cons

My only con is a lack of consistency in upholding the company's core values. I'm a firm believer in asking for what you need/want and negotiating to a place that works for everyone, and I've been encouraged to that throughout my 10+ year career. When I began working for Cardinal Group, I was encouraged to do that as well. However, when I asked for what I needed at Cardinal Group, I was blackballed from the vertical I was working in.

Best culture overall. I have been here for more than 4 years and can't think of how grateful i am to be with Cardinal. The leaders here makes really difference. Cara, AOB, Peter are the few leaders that I admire the most and they are my roll model. The best thing that anyone can ask from leaders is their time and at Cardinal, I always get time from them when i need the coaching on overall personal development or career advice.
