      Can be a good place with the right Leadership.

      Cons

      When leadership is making decisions that benefit them and not the company it effects the overall moral and people want to quit. If you do well, you get more work without more pay. Almost zero promotion opportunities within.

      Most positions are remote- with that being said, you better become friends with IT

      Cons

      Remote work means an immense number of IT issues, the bosses that they put in charge go on a power trip. They fire without any just cause.

      Pros

      I’ve been really pleasantly surprised during my tenure at Cardinal. People from the top down treat each other with respect and support each other. I haven’t seen this level of openness about being imperfect at any other company and it helps us support each other better and have compassion. We get a lot done but also have balance. I’ve seen a lot of internal promotions.

      Cons

      They don’t give you a work phone - you have to use your personal one.
