      Decent Money for the job

      Cons

      Managers, supervisors, and lead associates are childish. They are very unprofessional and favoritism is at a high here. They talk and spread rumors about other employees’ business knowing they are not supposed to do so. People do what they want with no repercussions.

      Strong focus on diversity and inclusion

      Cons

      Constant fire drills, unrealistic turn arounds for deliverable and everything is a priority. Leadership is just poor. Not inspiring, organized, or sensitive to their asks on already overworked teams. It’s a shame I used to love working here but the culture has significantly changed.
