      Pros

      Tons of hours everyday Flexible for the most part(Will work with you if you aren’t able to make it to work or ask for some days off) After probationary period is done. You accrue PTO Some of the supervisors/leads are friendly. Good if you like mandatory overtime and are ok with +8hr shifts everyday. You only have to work 2 holidays a year. (Voluntary until it isn’t) You get a good workout.

      Cons

      You are required to work overtime until the job is finished. Some of the supervisors/leads aren’t friendly. Part time employees can no longer work less than 8 hrs a day, but no more than 30hrs a week. Work is repetitive and gets boring.

      Very diversity forward organization that encourages employees to bring 100% of themselves to work. Flexible work life balance. Employees of all levels are treated with dignity.

      Cons

      Employees with long tenure and multiple lateral moves tend to be under paid. There is an annual cycle for reviews that coincides with an unspoken layoff cycle.
