      Pros

      Likes to promote within, good pay, sponsored event invites for free, headquarters building is really nice in Dublin with onsite coffee shop and walking paths, has yearly Christmas party, lots of employee activity events, quarterly town hall events, PTO

      Cons

      Extremely liberal culture. They spent money on opening a bar onsite rather than using that money on employees or updating work spaces. The onsite gym is not free. Healthcare plans aren’t great. The execs only care about their diversity percentages rather than retaining their existing employees and fixing real problems. They are mandating COVID vaccine.

      Pros

      Good benefits, very clean work place, safety to priority, and very professional staff members. Family oriented place. Diversity cultures is good. Events and rewards was a good avenues.

      Cons

      Temporary employees (some) weren’t treated fairly by coworkers and trainers. Unfair judgments on hiring/firing individuals. Point system sucks due to uncontrollable late attendance due train on track, bad weather incidents, and traffic accidents.
