      Pros

      Nice people and the best work life balance I have had in my career. They truly care about people. Big focus on DE&I.

      Cons

      There are so many budget constraints!! We always seem to be pinching pennies and looking for ways to cut and streamline. I am afraid work life balance will give out as more and more work is piled on.

      The company takes on so much that goes on in the world that it just cannot get a grasp on what's important. There are so many customers that asked for help and it was not a priority to the company. Being the one facing the customer, it really sucked always giving bad news. They low ball internal candidates despite experience and education
